Issues and Updates

We're still proud of this one from 2008:

Homeowner protections bill: On April 24, 2008, Governor Steve Beshear signed into law the mortgage lending protection bill, HB 552. The bill contains an emergency clause, so it went into effect upon signing. Here is a short summary of key consumer friendly provisions, grouped by consumer protection theme:
