When can I meet with an attorney?
First-time clients or prior clients with new cases should call for an intake interview. Staff will review the information you provide and decide whether to schedule you for an appointment with an attorney. We will contact you by phone to let you know if and when you may be scheduled for an appointment.

What if you can't take my case?
If we cannot take your case, or if your situation falls outside our area of expertise, we will try to make the most appropriate referrals to other trusted agencies that provide low-cost legal and/or social services.

Please call us at 859-233-3840. If no one answers, please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. 

Is there a fee for your services?
There may be a $25 consultation fee for immigration cases. If we are able to accept your case, we may charge a minimal fee for our services. The amount we charge varies depending on the type of service provided. However, no one will be denied services for the inability to pay.
