We do not help workers trying to get legal immigration status through their employer, or people seeking travel visas for temporary stays here. But if we don’t take your type of case, we often can refer you to someone who can.
Call us at 859-233-3840 to request a consultation. You may have to leave a message or call back. When you reach us, a legal assistant will ask you about your situation. If it’s a type of case we handle, an attorney or legal assistant will contact you to set up a date and time for consultation. We do not accept walk-in clients.
Most of our staff speak both English and Spanish. We use professional phone interpreter services for many other languages.
FEES
There is a $25 first consultation fee for immigration cases. If we
can accept your case, we may charge a minimal fee, depending on the type of service provided. However, no one will be denied for
the inability to pay.
