KEJC Opposes Trump Administration's Efforts to Make LGBTQ+ Discrimination in Health Care Easier

The Trump Administration has proposed weakening regulations that protect patients from anti-LGBTQ discrimination and make it more likely that people who don't speak English well can access care in their native languages.

This is a harmful, retrograde plan. We object.

The Kentucky Equal Justice Center's Health Law Fellow, Betsy Davis Stone, submitted comments yesterday for KEJC. You can read the whole letter.
