Kentucky's Proposed Changes to Medicaid Before the DC Circuit Court of Appeals Today

Here is the audio from today's oral arguments in our challenge to the federal government's approval of the harmful, unnecessary changes Governor Bevin wants to make to Kentucky's Medicaid program.
